When your feet hurt, it often seems as if your whole body hurts.
Since 1983, Central DuPage Orthotics, Inc. has been at the forefront in design and manufacture of custom orthotic devices for the foot and ankle. The facility is owned and operated by Scott Torppey. Mr. Torppey is certified in orthotics for the entire body but has chosen to specialize his practice in foot and ankle.
At Central DuPage Orthotics, Inc. our goal is to provide the best possible solution at a reasonable cost. We believe that painful feet can be relieved and many foot and ankle problems solved through the use of properly fabricated orthotic devices and custom shoes. We have a special interest in the care of the diabetic foot and Charcot Arthropathy. Treatment modalities include custom foot orthotics, AFO bracing, custom made shoes and shoe modifications.
Because of our expertise, many physicians throughout Chicago and the suburbs refer patients to us on a regular basis. When a patient is referred to our facility they are given a thorough orthotic evaluation. This includes the latest technology in computer gait and pressure analysis. We will work to fill the doctor's prescription or offer suggestions and recommendations when necessary. All patient referrals are seen by Scott Torppey.
